Sound and Breath

I'm so excited to share the first Breathwork offering of this new season and to start off with an extra deep dive I have teamed up with Amaya and Fabiana to combine sounding tools to expand the breathwork journey! We will be connecting within using our own inner vibrations through Amaya's sound meditation. I will guide you on a deep inner breathwork journey and we will integrate and go deeper with Fabiana's gorgeous sound bath! Then we will gather, relax and eat good food together.
